Snowboarding

My winter love has become snowboarding. I started last year and went up about 10 times in the spring. This year I have a season pass. Aside from the sport, it gives me a lot of opportunities to watch Mt Hood change as more snow arrives. It’s a different contrast between the seasons, and with all the hiking we do, we are fortunate to see them all.

Here are a couple early season pics from my snowboarding trips.

    that first shot (B&W) is AWESOME. well done. we are definitely going to be up there this year. and your pics certainly inspire! :) oh, and happy birthday!

    Thanks Julie!! The B&W one is going to be hanging in our spare room. It’ll be a blast to have you guys come up and hit the mountain too. Amanda and my sister took a lesson saturday and had fun.
